STATEMENT ON THE INTRODUCTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HACCP SYSTEM

  1. In the framework of internal supervision our company ensures Sanitary Suitability or Safety of Foodstuffs in all stages of production or trade of foodstuffs based on the HACCP system.
  2. All delivered food meet the requirements of the Act Regulating the Sanitary Suitability of Foodstuffs, Products and Materials Coming into Contact with Foodstuffs (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No.52/00 and 42/02) and its regulations and standards.
  3. In the implementation of internal supervision we follow the plan of withdrawal of food from production and trade in the case of suspected or confirmed non-compliance with sanitary suitability of foodstuffs.
  4. We keep all evidence in attestation that the delivered foodstuffs and raw materials meet the sanitary suitability.
